I serve as Portfolio Manager at Seeh Al Sarya Engineering LLC (SAS), overseeing four group companies across mechanical construction, civil construction, earthworks & well-pad construction, and HSE training — 1,500+ site personnel across PDO and Oxy sites, and roughly OMR 8 million cumulative annual turnover.
My career runs the full arc: CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection and ASNT Level II NDT in the field, Primavera P6 planning and earned value management in the project office, and P&L, margin and CAPEX governance at portfolio level — including a group-wide SAP ERP implementation.
